• List several ways that you can be contacted regarding the property. Some people aren’t comfortable talking on the phone. If email is an option, they may be more inclined to contact you.

When using real estate property listings, you should try to be as forthcoming with information as you can be. Play on people’s emotions by using language that will allow them to see themselves living in your home. Above all, be honest. Let the value of your home speak for itself.
